Custom made and pre-order items are non-refundable or returnable. Please be sure to check your child’s size before purchasing if you are concerned about fit. Generally, our items run a little bit larger than store bought items which allows you to extend the life of your custom made pieces.
Orders placed during a pre-order are no longer refundable after the pre-order window closes. This is due to the fact that I order the fabric specifically for your custom item and due to the custom printing process, I am unable to return it.
