Year After Year currently ships to Canada and the United States. We ship from Ontario, Canada.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

We ship using Canada Post and offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. The cost is calculated for based on the item weight and your address. When you add your item to your cart, you can calculate shipping fees.

HOW DOES LOCAL PICKUP WORK?

If you choose local pickup at checkout, you will be required to pick up your order once it is ready. Please note that this option is for LOCAL PEOPLE ONLY or those that can quickly travel to Wasaga Beach, Ontario. You will receive an email once your order is ready to pick up along with the pickup location in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Please reply to the email with a day that works for you so your order can be ready and waiting for you on the porch.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Ready to Ship items are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Made to order items will only ship after they have been completed. My turnaround time is always listed on the site at the current time of ordering. Preorder items will ship once the preorder session has ended and products have been made.

Depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout, the delivery time can vary.  For standard packages, orders shipped within Canada normally take 3-12 business days depending on the location. Orders to the United States can take from 5-16 business days depending on the location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After you place your order, it will enter our processing queue. You will only be able to track your order if you purchase tracked shipping at checkout. Once it ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your email (sometimes our messages end up in Junk!) or contact us if you need help finding it. If you opted not to purchase tracked shipping, unfortunately Year After Year cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages once it reaches the hands of your last mile carrier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order or items within an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. If your items have shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order as it is already on the way to your location.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

I do occasional custom orders. If there is something you would like that is not listed on my website, drop me a note and we can chat about your ideas and requirements!

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

I mainly use cotton/spandex blends and bamboo/cotton lycra blends. I rarely use polyester because I prefer a natural textile. Natural fibers are more comfortable and breathable for your little ones.
