Made with both upcycled and new materials. Double layer skirt (cotton underside with crepe lightweight fabric on top). Crochet style lace bodice and halter ties that can either tie around the neck or in the loop at the back. Elastic at back for some stretch.
Size 12-18m but can adjust a bit to the elastic back and straps. Mannequin is a size 2-3T.

11″ flat armpit to armpit, 14″ stretched waist with adjustable tie back
