If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to help and will do our best to make it right. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Can I Return or Exchange My Item?
Due to the nature of our products (many being custom, upcycled, or handmade in small batches), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please double-check all details (like names, sizes, and fabric choices) before submitting your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier if needed. If you want extra peace of mind, we recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.
Sizing & Care
We include sizing details on every product listing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help! We also recommend following care instructions closely to keep your items looking their best.
